i know, i know, it's tuesday (not monday), so really this should be menu plan tuesday, but then the whole alliteration thing is gone. oh well:)...
1. Popcorn (apparently, because that's what we had last night:)!)
2. Pork Roast w/ potatoes & onions (because that's what's in the crockpot right now!)
3. Mesquite Chicken, Brown Rice, & Green Beans
4. Pork Chops, Brown Rice, & vegetables
5. Tacos
Tomorrow night is nephew Christian's bday party in Fargo, so we get to have pizza and go on a limo ride to look at lights - fun! Last night was popcorn for dinner because I got home at 8 and hubby at 9, and neither one of us wanted to do much work:)!
on another note, i promised christmas tree pictures last week...
somehow taking pictures of trees with lights on just never turns out as well as one hopes. hmm..:)
