i...am...a...slacker!

okay, maybe not in EVERYTHING, but definitely in the bloggy-blog world:S. oh well. this is my lame attempt to make for 3 weeks of being AWOL.

let's see...on december 10th we celebrated my nephew's golden birthday with a surprise pizza party and limo ride around fargo! bess was our photographer (there were TEN of us crammed into the limo), and she took these LOVELY photos of us on my phone where i look incredibly strange (i was twisting halfway around to face the camera...i'll blame it on that!) and my hubby looks absolutely adorable:)...

next on the agenda for our Christmas season was a much-needed evening with my BFFE and her hubby jaybird! we were quite industrious and even a wee bit creative...

we made gingerbread house neighbors:)!

my VERY talented hubby fashioned the "hip" snowman in the front yard of our house (on the left). he has a sweet top hat made out of caramels and pretty much looked like the real deal...sadly, he was a bit top-heavy and was discovered flat on his face the next morning. tragic.

next was our first Christmas together (in 3 different places). Peg took these pictures of our oh-so-excited faces on Christmas morning:)...

and finally...

i got old:S...again.

loryn & joyce were SO thoughtful and got me a balloon and m&ms for my birthday! i keep forgetting to take a picture of the gorgeous roses from hubby, but i'll try to remember to take one tonight.

i am now officially 26 - and closer to 30 than 20. woe is me.
